EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
1. Your Right to Withdraw
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day:
you (or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you) receive the goods, or
in the case of multiple goods ordered together but delivered separately, the day you receive the last item, or
for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the day the contract is concluded.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through our return form:

You may use the standard EU withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after:
we have received the returned goods, or
you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
4. Returning Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
5. Digital Content and Services
For digital products (such as downloadable software, e-books, media files, or digital subscriptions) that are not supplied on a physical medium:
You lose your right of withdrawal once the download or streaming has begun, if you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
If you do not give such consent, you retain the 14-day withdrawal right from the day of contract conclusion.
For digital services or subscriptions, you may withdraw within 14 days unless the service has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgment of the withdrawal loss.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and which were unsealed after delivery
Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, where the download/streaming has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.
Services fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of withdrawal loss once performance has begun
